The process was easy, simple and quick. My handset was delivered next day despite not being ordered until 7pm. I initially had a problem ordering - the deal I wanted was not available for some reason from EE, so I was called and offered an alternative at a similar (albeit slightly higher) price. Bit frustrating but I understand that from a website like this they have a limited number of deals available. In the end I went for something completely different - I have a very good value deal that I am very happy with, prompt delivery and a knowledgable and non-pushy customer service agent on the phone. No problems with handset and deal. I'm only taking a star off for the non-avaialbility of the first deal but everything else was seamless.
