David, my salesperson, was helpful and enthusiastic but his service was not matched by the company he works for. The choice of mobiles available for same price upgrade was very limited and when they were delivered they came with the wrong SIM cards. This indicates that somebody in Mobiles .Co was not doing their job properly and means that three days after delivery of the new phones we have been unable to use them. We still don't know when the correct SIMs will arrive. Also I wanted to phone David to tell him of his company's failure and was outraged to find that it would cost me 13p per minute to call. I started to make the call despite this but when I was put on hold I rang-off astounded that a company should have such an arrogant and high handed way of dealing with customers.
