My order was delivered to the wrong address, I had to make a call to mobiles which has cost me £14 to arrange another delivery. Having resolved this I then had to contact the network directly to arrange for a SIM card to be delivered separately. A week later and still not received the sim so will have to go to a store to get it resolved. Had thought it would be quick and simple way to get my new mobile. On the positive side the girl at the call centre seemed to do her best to assist me.
