Thought the website was excellent, quick and easy to find the phone, network and contract I wanted, and the price was better than any other website I looked at. Confirmation of my order was slow and I was left waiting until the end of the day, after ordering early morning, to find out if I would receive phone next day as originally expected. Delivery was the next day. My wife did not hear DPD delivery call even though she was in at the time, not sure how but they reported no answer at property and that they left a card, but no card was left. They did have correct house as they gave photo evidence of the property. I chose to collect from depot as a result and drove 30 miles as I was afraid redelivery would again fail. In all I am happy with mobiles.co.uk and would recommend them to a friend.
