I wasn't impressed that I kept getting an error saying there was a problem with my email address when I tried to order online - I then had to ring the costly number and order it that way / I also wasn't impressed at the assistant taking my email address down as .com when he was told .co.uk / that us now my login with 02 and can't be changed. Other than that I was impressed wiry both the deal and the speed of delivery.
