Was uncertain about ordering though the company as had not heard of you before- but not been in the market for a new phone for a while... Ordered and arrived within two days exactly on time as promised. So far so good. Changing supplier so had PAC code ready. Had backed up all I phones (5) and I lads ready for change over to IPhone 6s. New phone is sealed box wouldn't accept back ups. Finally realised back ups on old phone was a newer version 9.2.1 and new phone set on 9.1. Annoying but was able to download the upgrade and finally resolve that problem OK The supplied EE SIM card did. It connect, just said no SIM card . Swapped sim from old phone around and new sim not work in eitherphone. So annoying. Re tried several times but no go. Have rung Mobiles.co.uk and they said I just had to go to an EE shop and get it replaced! But our nearest EE shop is 30 miles away. A 60 mile round trip to replace a faulty card supplied by you! Why can't you send me another and I will retune this one! So in total, new phone wonderful but can't use until I can get to a shop to replace the SIM card.. Very frustrating indeed. Your delivery service is good, but am frustrated because I can't yet use my new toy!
