I ordered a new phone through your company and the phone arrived promptly. The SIM card would not work, after 30 minutes of calling your representatives explained the problem. I had to phone them back after a week, and, after waiting on hold for more than 17 minutes I was told it was a problem with EE switching the SIM card over. If I hadn't phoned back when I did, when would you have contacted me? Probably never. Although your representative Mohammedg was extremely good on the phone and got to the point straight away, the call waiting time and the fact that so many other customers had been aggrieved by the same problem and you hadn't notified other customers seems, to me lacking somewhat in corporate governance. If you know there is a problem, let your customers know Asaph so they don't have to spend ages listening to pap music on hold. Thanks
