Sadly my experience to date hasn't been very good. After receiving a faulty phone, this was returned for an exchange and was sent to the wrong address despite having the correct address confirmed. My calls to Mobiles.co.uk last approx. 20 minutes so this was an additional cost of 10p per minute. Hopefully my contract will run a little smoother!
