trying to call customer services to be told you'll have to wait 35 mins is not very poor. great to supply that info but bad that effectively the message is saying you'll not be speaking to anyone unless you want to pay the extra money per minute.
you need to make it far clearer on your website that if you take one of your deals that uses the same network supplier you'll not be able to port one's number over; i've just found this out (EE in my case). so i'm in the process of buying SIMS and an unlocked PAYG phone. this is not only hassle but extra cost and not budgeted for: this info should be prominently displayed so the potential customer can make a proper, informed decision, and not find out once they've signed up.
potentially the monthly tariff i could be on is good, but as i've not yet managed to port my number over i may just send the phone back this week as this is proving such a hassle.
