Initially very impressed with the competitive pricing, and the telephone service, the rep was very friendly and very good.
However, wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them:
- Never received an email confirming the order
- Never received a text confirming the order
- Have no account number
- Phone was received but was obviously opened before as there were no headphones and the charging cable was just shoved in there, un-wound.
Tried to call them to address the above but phone lines take forever to be answered.
Terrible...
