I wasn't planning on writing a review, but then I saw that I could be in with a chance of winning an IPad Air 2! I don't normally read the T&C's for these prize opportunities, but did on this occasion. Let me introduce you all to point 4... 4. Entry for the prize draw opened on 30thst June 2015 (the “Opening date”) and closes on the 31st October 2015 So the draw closed 4 and a half months ago. For that I dock them a star. I dock them another star because they sent me a refurbed phone instead of a NEW phone when I ordered a new contract. To be fair, they dealt with it quickly (after 39 min queue on the phone to customer services) and picked up refurbed phone the next day and I am expecting the NEW phone today (3 days later). I would have given them 3 stars, but the fact they enticed me into writing a review with the possibility of winning something I now know I cannot possibly win means they don't deserve anything more than 1 star. Please stop misleading people! I'm only just about to start my contract with you and already encountering troubling signs! Please don't be like this for the next 24 months!
