Would have been rated very good but for initially failing the Internal Security Check. All because I had previously returned a phone to Carphonewarehouse (who I understand own Mobiles.co.uk) within the 14 day period. I had to go to my local carphonewarehouse with proof of id and even then it was only overturned for 24 hours. This was a stressful and upsetting. Anyway at the end of the day I did get my new Iphone 6s so all ended well.
