Was sent the wrong SIM card for the phone I had purchased and waited on the phone for 35 minutes to find out that Mobiles.co.uk could not send me a new SIM card even though they had picked the wrong one in the first place. Was told I had to contact EE or go to one of their stores direct to sort it out myself. I think I will use the 14 day cool off period and go elsewhere.
