My experience was good as customer service was helpful to resolve the issue i had. But rated good due to the poor service from EE. It is not mobiles.co.uk issue but i bought a product through you, it is equally important that you provide a service from a company who too respects customers and value them, EE is not a company who does any of this, might be advertising they are but check their reviews, no one wants to try their service,my self nor my family will in our whole life will ever think of even considering any products from EE. I will be making a formal complaint to Ombudsman against EE, as they should not be allowed to cause distress to any customers.
