The guy I spoke to on the phone was brilliant helped me with finding the right phone and network really professional and friendly. Unfortunately the sim on the new phone is not working so have had to get back intouch it took 25min to get to speak to someone who was friendly and helpful but basically I have to go to a shop to sort it out so prob going to be 3 days without a phone ! Feel a bit annoyed about the whole thing.
