Where to start, having to send back two phones that are locked, I thought the phone would have been checked at least so the customer wouldn't have any problems , it will be over a week since initial contract was implemented and I can't make a call,what kind of customer experience would you call that,plus having to make long landline calls to customer service, waiting for phones to be collected, I'll await for you response and I hope suitable compensation, regards j.c
