Generally very good although would like to be able to search by tariff as I'm not so bothered about the phone itself, just want a good deal on minutes, texts and data. Also when you find what you think you might want with a particular provider, clicking on link seems to then bring up deals with other providers and the deal you thought you were getting doesn't always seem to exist with the provider you wanted. Perhaps I didn't search correctly or clicked on the wrong thing but website could maybe be clearer/more user friendly in this respect. And why could I get a better deal with a new contract rather than an upgrade? Would be nice if loyalty to a provider was rewarded with at least as good a deal for upgrades as for new customers. Very satisfied with service, delivery (excellent delivery service) and the deal I finally settled on though. Will come back when I need a new phone in the future.
