Seamless through ordering, confirmation and receipt of new phone - all in a couple of days...but then have had an issue setting up email (EE shop had never seen anything like it before, and EE's main tech team couldn't help either. Been pushed on to Apple to sort, but think I'm being pratted about...meanwhile I have no email.
