Overall the service was very good and I was able to track my phone using a variety of different methods. Not entirely happy with DPD generally as their warehouses tend to be miles apart and would rather it was delivered by Royal Mail perhaps in case I am out. I would add a 5th star if you changed from DPD to someone else. However I got my phone, it works just as I expected it should, so all worked out in the end!
