They sent me a phone that doesn't work and the seem card doesn't work. Wondering if the products are not tested before us. I'm really disappointed I'm thinking of going higher to seek help. Because this bad to treat customers like that. I got a bill to pay now which doesn't even work the phone. I'm really disappointed
