The operative sold the product which is an old model at too costly a deal! In trying to email to cancel the agreement my email was returned recipient failed. I tried phoning but phone number was
unobtainable, I then phoned mobiles.Co.UK only to be told I needed to phone Carphone warehouse direct even though they made the initial contact. With a considerable time and effort and the patience of the Carphone warehouse representative I managed to cancel the contract. Mobiles.Co.UK is the most despicable company I've had the misfortune in dealing with!
