Found a deal threw google and put details in for what i thought was an upgrade. However turned out to be a new number lookily o2 sorted it out for us just a bit of faffing with the changing of account numbers etc. But it was a great deal i feel they just need to make it a bit clearer if its an upgrade or new number on the forms where you input your info.
