Mobiles.co.uk are very friendly, efficient and helpful. The only reason I haven't given them the full 10 score is that the sales line is charged at 13p a minute, and every time you ring you are placed on hold before you're connected, for at least 5-6 minutes, racking up charges before you've even managed to speak to a person. Sort this problem out, and you'd get the full 10.
