Sales team friendly and quite helpful. The phone I received was a different colour to the one I ordered which was disappointing. The call to the sales team I expected to cost around £0.10 per minute but as I called in from a mobile it was actually £0.45 per minute (which was not clear) and cost me over £7.00 which was a bit of a shock.
Their deals are very good compared to the competition. Just make sure you order online or call from a landline and asked them to double check the item colour to minimise the risk of an unexpected bill.
