Glitchy purchase system failed to tell my son his credit check from IDMobile failed, leaving him waiting in all day the next day only to find his order hadn't gone through after phoning. No email sent to say he'd been refused until after his call. Also payment system says AMEX accepted but it would not go through, kept saying to ring to complete transaction (meaning no cashback). Used a MasterCard and it went through. Eventually had to order the phone and contract in my name. Surely there must be loads of young people whose parents end up ordering their phone in their name instead. It can't be that hard to set up a system to allow parental guarantee of a contract and allow a young person to have their own contract with their own bank set up for payment.
