The purchases process was straightforward but I want to keep my existing number and despite giving iD the PAC code when buying the phone this hasn’t happened. They’ve admitted the problem is with them not my old provider, their technical team is looking into and I’ll hear in 24/48 hrs. In the meantime I have no network access
