I was worried about ordering from Mobiles.co.uk as some of the reviews seemed negative and showed mobiles.co.uk in a bad light, but these all seemed to be with the cashback deals and any special offers. If you just want a standard phone contract with no special offers or cashback incentives, then they are great. Especially when I found out you could ring them up and order over the phone instead of doing it all online. I called the sales number and got through to a very helpful chap who helped me make sure I had enough addresses for my credit check to pass and advised me on the delivery date I could expect (It actually arrived earlier than he thought). He was very helpful and I have managed to port my number over and log into my O2 online account successfully and there have been no network issues at all since receiving the phone 3 days ago. There were no issues with the process at all. They kept me well informed on the delivery date and gave me a hour window when it would arrive, and DPD allowed me to track the delivery online on the day as well. Overall I am happy I rang them up and ordered over the phone as it helped prevent any mistakes that might have occurred if I ordered online and the delivery of the phone was very organised.
