Promised delivery on Thursday. Mobiles.co.uk failed to hand parcel over to DPD in time for DPD to achieve promised date.
Called mobiles.co.uk to request an AM delivery the following day (Friday). Or a change of address to save me taking another day off work waiting for a parcel that may or may not arrive.
Sympathetic noises from the mobiles.co.uk colleague. But no action. Nor any suggestion of any kind of goodwill gesture. Disappointing.
