Ordered two phones, one arrived and told i was not allowed two contracts with vodaphone in the same name. So i ordered the second phone again, but in my husbands name. We were then asked to contact mobiles.co.uk to verify some details at which point they said that my husband was rejected by the credit check and that it wasnt anything to do with them. I got in touch with experian and my husband has a rating of 999 therefore should be no problems. Ordered the second phone again, same problem again, however explained to mobiles.co.uk this could not be the case as the credit rating is fine, at which point they started blaming vodaphone. Spoke to vodaphone, no credit check had been done through them as mobiles.co.uk do the sell the airtime themselved and do credit check themselves, the lovely lady at vodaphone ran a check through vodaphone to make sure and my husband passed straight away. Explained this to mobiles.co.uk which fell on deaf ears as the customer service is so poor and the staff seem incapable or looking into anything further. Also ended up with phone bill of £15 after making all the calls to.mobiles.co.uk to sort this out. Only helpful person in the call centre is daniel, who we couldnt always speak to.
