I had a small issue with the bill and tried to speak to someone, it was then that I realised that to get an answer to a question that wasn't straight forward and on the website, then you were in for a long haul. The phone line is expensive and you are on hold for 10 mins. I cancelled it before I was stuck with the poor level of customer service.
