Fast prompt delivery and very good customer service when I had to return the handset (no fault of theirs, due to problems with the network provider). The only thing I wold say to improve is the advice on customer returns, it was hard to find on the website and the downloadable advice PDF was out of date compared to other advice in emails and online.
