Normally great service but this time total failure. On 23rd May16 ordered 2 x Refurbished Apple 5SE and when they arrived the next day, my wife & I found that both our Apple Iphones 5SE were unusable. They had not been checked and they proved to be locked with O2 due to 1st customer use. My wife and I are with Vodafone ( I obtained this info from Apple Helpdesk when I quoted each phones MMI number to them) Now 9 days later we are still waiting for delivery of our hopefully unlocked Apple 5 SE IPhones. I have recd an email saying this will happen on Tues 31May16 but my wife still has not recd this email confirmation. Both Iphones were collected at the same time by DPD on Wed 25May16. The telephone staff were as helpful as they could be but in the end we were left in limbo waiting for a DPD email confirmation of the delivery of the replacement iphones. Very disappointed and annoyed at this situation arising in the first place.
