The delivery of the phone went perfectly. I love my phone and was very happy with the deal I got. However it was not explained to me that it was a new contract and not just an upgrade and then I lost my sim.... (not clearly with phone n the packing..... All resolved eventually. Some of problem was my stupidity and some was that things were not transparent at point of sale.
Don't like hanging on phone for 10 mins being charged a lot - apparently there is a landline but that is NOT what you see when you are on website, on your phone, in a hurry.
