The customer service from the sales representative, Hassan Tippu, on two O2 contracts (one new contract and one upgrade) was excellent. However, it is very disappointing that I was unable to upgrade my third O2 contract and was told I had to wait three months, as I would be happy to give mobiles.co.uk the business immediately. Now I have to look for an alternative solution unless you can come back and confirm this can be done sooner.
