They accepted my order quickly and kept me up to date, but I thought if I ordered the day before I would recieve my phone next day. i ordered on Friday morning and received it Monday evening. O2 had billed me starting on Saturday! Wasn't very pleased about that. But phone turned up brand new and works perfectly. One word of advice - don't switch from iPhone to samsung. It's so confusing.
