Easy company to place the initial order. Unfortunately the phone I received was faulty (battery drain issues) and I then had to return the item before they would send a replacement. This left me without a phone for several days and also having a nightmare backing up my information action so I could move it all over onto the new phone once received. I understand this is the process they need to follow but it's frustrating to receive a faulty item, spend over an hour in total on hold to try and get the issue fixed and then have no apology or compensation for the issue. That being said the initial purchase process was quick and easy and the best price on the market
