This deal was unbeatable even though I was staying with my current provider via mobiles.co.uk, my provider was not able to come anywhere near the deal, how do you explain that ? The problem I have is that next day delivery did not happen, my provider has been given the new number and started the contract but either mobiles.co.uk or DPD the delivery company has lost the phone, obviously I have not got it and they are investigating so although I have kept all parties fully informed I am sure a lot of sorting out is still to be done and unfortunately experienced.
