Great advice and help from the team member that phoned me about my upgrade. She didn't pressure me to get anything I didn't want to and actually managed to recommend something better than I had thought and at a better monthly price too. Win! The only issue I had is that I was contacted on the Thursday morning and told I'd receive my new phone next day... but by the Thursday lunchtime I was without the ability to use my then current phone. In frantically investigating with my carrier, turns out the new sim had been registered with my current number so I was effectively without a phone for a day - not the best since I was expecting an important call. Oh well! Could've been worse I guess, but do make sure if you're taking your current number with you that it's not transferred too soon!
