Ordered with one provider and recieved an email the next day stating that I needed to ring Mobiles.co.uk to confirm some details.
The provider had declined the order however the Mobiles.co.uk customer support employee helped greatly with searching out a similar deal and checking with the provider before completing the order. Even saved me some money in the process and was a big help.
