Great, unless of course you want 2 phones. Tried to order 2 phones, one for myself, one for my teenage daughter, both the same phone, both the same network, just differing contracts. One was accepted, one was rejected for "failing an internal security check"....not a credit check, and "internal check". On speaking to multiple people in customer services, the only answer i got was "computer says no, and we can't overirde it". No one actually seems to know why, and were incredibly unhelpful (though I'm guessing through no fault of their own). Even spoke to Vodafone (the network in question). They told me I'm pre approved by them for multiple contracts so has nothing to do with them. They even gave me the account details to prove to mobiles.co.uk that I'm pre approved. Mobiles computer still said no. So I now have one phone, and not the two I needed. Guess I'll just have to use someone else.
