Very impressed with Mobiles.co.uk, placed an order for iPhone 6 and it was dispatched the very next day, was kept informed of the progress of the order via email. Not impressed however with the deliver company DPD - received an email from them saying that the phone would be delivered between 5.46pm and 6.46 pm that evening. I was in the house all afternoon/evening waiting on the delivery. I then received an email from the saying that the phone had been delivered and signed for by myself at 6.01pm....no one had been at the door and I certainly didn't receive or sign for a phone. I immediately tried to call Customer Services various times but was kept on hold for over 20 mins at a time, eventually I gave up and decided to check with my neighbours if they had received a delivery for me. It turned out that my elderly neighbour had taken the phone but was unable to sign the machine thing so the delivery driver signed my name for her! So not only did the driver deliver the phone to the wrong address he also forged my signature. I will be sure to check when ordering anything again that the company does not use DPD as this would definitely put me off placing any orders.
