The phone arrived very quickly and within the hour time-slot provided. Once the contract is purchased and the phone delivered, you will be dealing with the service provider ONLY (something which could be made clearer on the website) - all you're buying from Mobiles.co.uk is the phone and the contract. The prices are MUCH cheaper than those offered by the big name service providers. I would happily use again, and I would recommend without hesitation.
