Mobiles.co are good for price - but! Trying to contact customer service is like finding a needle in a haystack. If you decide to ring them it will cost you dear through their 0871 number - it makes them money! Any other method is very difficult to find, or non-existent. Most other companies offer free-fone numbers or, at least, have an on-line "chat" option. The process of ordering a phone on line is also a bit tricky. The amount of information required seems excessive for the small amount of monthly credit we wanted. We are pleased with the phone though, and just hope it keeps working well or we'll have to try and contact customer service!
