I had already a chosen and ordered an 'upgrade' with my existing provider (O2) direct on line via O2 website. However, the same day signing up with 'O2' direct for an 'upgrade' I found a much better deal (still with O2) on mobiles.co.uk. It was far quicker, simpler and cheaper, to order via mobiles.co.uk (as a stranger) than it was to order with 02 as an existing long term customer. Also the phone (via mobiles.co.uk) arrived next day a full 3 hours earlier (within the 1hr delivery time slot and DPD driver tracking that was accurate) than the phone I ordered 'direct' from O2 (despite the phone from O2 being ordered 10am and the one from mobiles.co.uk ordered 3 pm the previous day) All in all mobiles.co.uk made it :- simpler clearer cheaper quicker Now the proud owner of iphone 6s 64gb and a much better tariff
