The service over the telephone was very good. All the people I dealt with were very polite and efficient. However, when I received my phone it had been tampered with. The box it came in had been broken into at the top, keeping the seal down the side intact, and the phone was partially hanging out of the top of the box. When I pulled the phone completely out I found that it was on, and had a small scratch on the screen. I therefore contacted Mobiles.co.uk to arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, they were unable to replace the phone for another five working days (when I will be on holiday!). This is rather frustrating, as my contract with Vodaphone has already started. Given the issues with the first phone, it would have been good of Mobiles.co.uk to expedite a replacement at the earliest opportunity. So in summary, while their staff appear to be well trained, their after sale care is not particularly good.
