The actual ordering and buying of the phone was very easy and it was far cheaper than anywhere else. The only problem I had was that it was due for nominated delivery on the Monday and didn't turn up. It arrived on the Tuesday which was very inconvenient as I wanted it for my holiday where I was leaving early hours on the Tuesday so didn't get it in time.
