I have been with Vodafone for + 15years and was due to renew my contract. My son said I should shop around for a better deal. Found a great deal ( that could not be matched elsewhere) via Uswitch and mobile.co.uk. Phones arrived on time. My only issued is transferring my own number from Vodafone to Vodafone. No one wants to take responsibility but I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
