All very efficient and easy to order etc. Only reason I haven't given full marks is that I paid extra to have the phone delivered before 10:30am. It wasn't delivered until the afternoon just after 2pm. When I contacted mobiles.co.uk regarding this, they haven't responded or refunded the money I paid for expedited delivery. So a little bit miffed about that. But otherwise happy.
