Couldn't order online because we had moved house in the last year and wouldn't let us put in 2 addresses. Had to call up and on hold for a bit.
Phone delivered Tuesday 26th- waited 48hoirs for it to be connected- nothing. Rung up - adv they would have to contact o2 and it could be another 5 working days until I'm connected. Im currently without a phone for over a week! Not that happy.
