Overall the service was good. The communication regarding delivery of the phone was excellent allowing you to change the selected day if necessary. On the morning of delivery you were given a one hour delivery slot which was really useful. The website is well designed and user-friendly and answered all questions that I had. I was slightly confused about when the service would begin as there was conflicting information on this - however service began immediately.
